Ukrainian orchard growers have visited sunny Italy with SAMMIT-AGRO UKRAINE
This year, for the period from 15th to 17th November, 2018, the "apple world capital" has traditionally become the Italian town Bolzano, where more than 20,000 orchard growing professionals gathered at INTERPOMA-2018.
The international exhibition, dedicated to the cultivation, export and storage of apples INTERPOMA-2018 - one of the most important events of the year for professional orchard growers in the world. To get on it means to be aware of the latest trends, marketing trends, latest innovations in the industry.
Summit Agro Ukraine from 15 to 19th November, 2018 organized the trip to Italy for leading Ukrainian orchard growers. In addition to the INTERPOMA-2018 exhibition, the group visited the company "Griba", which specializes in the design, implementation and management of fruit plantations. They visited the storehouses and nurseries of the company near Verona, who were struck by the scale and thoughtfulness of the smallest details. Moreover, Ukrainian gardeners were fortunate enough to get into the private orchards with the trees "Griba" near the to the Bolzano. There was just a process of collecting late varieties of apples.
On the way home, the participants of the trip were able to walk through the narrow streets of Venice, travel through its numerous channels, to be filled with new impressions and emotions. Orchard growers also noted with pleasure that they celebrated the Day of Agricultural Worker for the first time in such a scenic spot.
Armed with new knowledge and technology, Ukrainian orchard growers returned home to innovate as soon as possible in their gardens.
